1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

At TheHomeTalk, the products offered are free from the shipping charges. We do not charge any shipping charges all over India.

Payment Options:

  • We accept all Master, Visa and, American express cards.
  • Net banking facility of all Major Banks in India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

Shipping Guidelines:

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by our customer care executive or on website or mobile website. Below are some more shipping related points:

  • Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out by the seller within 5-7 working days of the order placement date. However for customized products range, it may take longer, up to2 weeks, to ship the order as the product may have to be manufactured upon the placement of the order.
  • We shipout orders on all working days (Monday through Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we request you to provide us with the correct shipping address, working contact number and email address.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and immediately call our customer care at 0180-2660120 or write an e-mail to care@thehometalk.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking on Track your Order section by entering your reference number. You can also email us at care@thehometalk.com or call us at 0180-2660120.
  • Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice of the seller. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may write an e-mail to care@thehometalk.com mentioning your order reference number and we will send the invoice by email.

 

Cancellation of placed orders:

You can cancel your order by sending us an email at sales@thehometalk.com or calling us at 0180- 2660120 before 24 hours from the day when you have placed your order.

Cash on Delivery:

If you do not want to pay Online, you can opt for COD payment. You can pay at the time of delivery at your shipping address without any advance Payment. You can pay to the courier person at the time of delivering the product. Please note below the conditions applicable for COD:

  • Minimum order value for COD is Rs. 299 .
  • It’s strictly a cash-only payment method; Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for COD.

 

Please note: we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order. On the front, we deliver all over india that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

  • A surcharge of Rs. 100 will be applicable for order value less than Rs. 300.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your Order tracking Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

3. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.
