What is in #TheEliteBox?

#TheEliteBox is a designer curated collection of monthly themed home furnishing and home décor products to beautify your homes and ease your lives.

#Each Box contains at least 5 quality products hand-picked from our curators keeping your tastes and likes in mind as per the style quiz.

#The contents of the Box vary from month to month as we cover each section of the house such as Bedroom, Bathroom, dining room and so on.

#Each month is a different collection of items that you didn’t know you needed, but now love!!

When will #TheEliteBox be received?

When you make your purchase, you are ordering a box for that particular month. The time period to make a purchase for subscription box is 1st to 30th/31st of that month. So if you place an order on 25th August, you will receive your Box in first week of September.

Boxes are shipped from The Home Talk’s headquarter on the 30th/31st of each month, or the first working day after. It will take 3-5 working days to deliver the box.

You’ll receive an email from us to let you know when your order has been shipped and fulfilled.

Can I order previous boxes?

You can indeed! Previous boxes are available to purchase here.

Are subscription boxes suitable for men?

Absolutely! There are lots of male subscribers who enjoy our boxes.

Today we see men offering home design tips and advice through thousands of TV shows, magazine articles and blogs. Mr. Man has an opinion about decorating if we ask them.

Do I have to re-order every month?

You will only have to re-order every month if you initially purchased a One-Month #TheEliteBox. The rolling monthly subscription (3 months/6 months) will renew automatically to ensure you never miss a box.

So, you ship abroad?

Unfortunately, we only ship within India currently.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by debit card, credit card, netbanking and Cash on Delivery (extra charges may apply).

When will I be charged for the Subscription Box?

We offer multiple plans (1, 3 or 6 Months) each of different cost. Login to your account and view subscription plans.

You will be charged when you order your subscription. Charges depends on the subscription plan chosen by you. Please note that if your monthly subscription begins in a later month, you will still be billed at the time you place your order.
For one-month purchases, payment of Rs. 1999 will be taken when you subscribe. If you sign up for the monthly subscription, one-time payment will be charged when you place the order.

How do I change my bank details?

It’s easy. Just log into your account. From there, you can choose to change your payment method and also to change your address.

How do I change the delivery address details?

Please email care@thehometalk.com before the 1st of the month and we’ll get that sorted for you. For example, if you placed an order during December and want to change details for that order, we would need to receive the changes no later than December 31st.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We’re so sad to see you going! Subscriptions for more than one month (e.g. 3-months, or 6-months subscriptions) can be cancelled during the subscription period but only after receipt of the first month’s box. Single month subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the subscription period.

Since in multiple month subscription, there is multiple level processing involved at various stages, so a nominal charges of Rs. 300/- will be charged as processing and convenience charges and monthly subscription amount of previous months for which you have already received your subscriptions will be deducted.

Example: You opted for 3 months subscription and were charged Rs. 5099/- on the day of subscription, you can cancel any time after you receive your first box. If you plan to cancel before 2nd months’ release, we will charge: Rs.300+Rs.1699=Rs. 1999/-. Balance amount Rs. 3100 will be transferred back to your account.

* In case of COD order cancellation on subscriptions, we will ask you to send us your bank details for refunding the amount.

Gift Box:

I’d like to send a Gift Box to a friend anonymously, is that possible?

'Yes It is'. You make click on Gift Box and send your friend anonymously. At checkout, there is a field where you can leave a personalised message. Leave that field empty, and the box will be sent anonymously as a surprise. Or you may even write a message and specify DO NOT WRITE NAME. And we will do the needful.

Are gift boxes suitable for children?

Yes absolutely. We have a special box for children in the gift section which includes 3 to 4 hand-picked products related to home furnishing and home décor.

You need to mention in the comments section if it’s for a boy or a girl.

If I have a coupon code, where can I use it?

If you have a valid coupon code, you can use that for purchasing Gift boxes or other products from the Shop section. You cannot use the coupon code on purchase of subscription box.
